Curious about Events at The RA Event Center? Unclear about our services or the vendors we work with? We’re here to help. Below you’ll find some frequently asked questions we receive from many of our clients. We’ve tried to answer all of your questions and concerns, but please get in touch if you still can’t find what you’re looking for. One of our staff members will be happy to help you.

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE HALL RENTAL?

Our hall rental automatically comes with Gold and Silver Rim Washington Chairs with white cushions

60" Round Guest Tables

72" Rectangular tables

Uplight and downlight including color customization

Set-up and Teardown of chairs and tables

Clean up after the event

12-hour rental

CAN WE SERVE OUR OWN ALCOHOL?

We have partnered with "With a Twist Bartending" to provide all alcohol and beverage needs. They have several packages you can pick from including purchasing your own alcohol and their licensed and insured bartenders will serve it to your guests. You can contact them directly at 612-655-2369 or email withatwistevent1@gmail.com to discuss the awesome options they provide. 

IS OUTSIDE CATERING ALLOWED?

We allow outside catering. We do prefer licensed caterers but it is not required

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO HIRE A VENDOR THROUGH YOU?

We have a list of fantastic vendors we can recommend based on their quality of service and reliability

How many guests can The RA Event Center accomodate?

We can accommodate up to 250 guests for a standing crowd or cocktail events and up to 150 guests for seated events
